In the position of Parts Room Coordinator, your responsibilities will include but not limited to maintaining the parts room and assist repair personnel with parts supply. You will be required to order required parts and ensure availability as well as maintaining an adequate supply of all parts, fluids, filters, hardware and shop consumables on a continuous basis. You will place all received parts into inventory to ensure that all warranty, core replacements, and credits are properly received. Your ability to properly use and maintain Purchase Orders and Work Orders to ensure complete vehicle records are available at all times is key to this role. You will also be required to assist other Miller Waste District’s with parts ordering if required. You may be required to answer and assist with after hour’s telephone inquiries, courier requirements, maintain excellent written records and communication with co-workers.


Successful candidates will have strong computer knowledge as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Your ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is key as well as working in a team environment. You may be required to work weekends and holidays. Previous Parts room experience is a must for this position.
